This is Owen Stowell, our newest racing member at Pickwick.  He is the grandson of longtime racer Randale Wildmon.  Obviously, good genes run in the family.  At 9 and in the fourth grade, he's got a huge career in front of him.  WAY TO GO OWEN!!!!
